The Governor of Ondo State, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has approved the immediate dissolution of the management board of the Ondo State Football Agency (ODSFA), Nigeriasoccernet.com can report.
This decision was announced in an official statement released by the Governor's Chief Press Secretary, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan.
Following the dissolution, the Executive Chairman of the Board, Mr. Dele Ologun, along with all other members, have been relieved of their duties. They have also been directed to hand over all government property in their possession to the agency’s accounting officer without delay.
In a swift move to ensure continuity, Governor Aiyedatiwa has appointed a caretaker committee to oversee the affairs of Sunshine Stars Football Club. The team will be led by Mr. Tokunbo Akinyelure, who assumes the dual role of Team Manager and Welfare Officer.
