Former Barcelona goalkeeper Norberto Neto is expected in Turin on 27 September to undergo a medical before completing a move to Juventus, according to transfer insider Ekrem Konur on social media.
The 37-year-old will sign a short-term contract with the Italian club until next summer if the medical examination is successful.
Neto’s most recent club was Brazilian side Botafogo. The experienced goalkeeper previously played for Barcelona and is now set to join Juventus as the Turin club look to add him to their squad.
Juventus have won 10 points from their opening five Serie A matches and are seventh in the table.
Their next league fixture is away to Cagliari on 11 October.
