Arsenal midfielder Mikel Merino is attracting interest from La Liga side Atletico Madrid, according to transfer insider Ekrem Konur.
Atletico are considering a loan deal for the Spain international that would include an option to buy him for €30m.
Merino joined Arsenal in the summer of 2024. The 30-year-old’s current contract with the London club runs until the end of June 2028.
He has made nine Premier League appearances this season and has received one yellow card.
