Manchester United manager Michael Carrick has confirmed that Patrick Dorgu, Noussair Mazraoui and Benjamin Sesko will miss the Premier League match against Tottenham at Old Trafford on 10 October.
Dorgu suffered an injury while on international duty with Denmark and is expected to be sidelined for several weeks.
Mazraoui is also unavailable because of injury and has not yet recovered, while Sesko has suffered a recurrence of a shin problem. The forward previously missed four months because of the injury.
The availability of Kobbie Mainoo, Marcus Rashford and Amad Diallo remains uncertain. Their fitness will be assessed before kick-off.
Manchester United are 12th in the Premier League with five points ahead of the match. Tottenham are bottom of the table on two points.
