David Otorbi, the Spain and Nigeria dual national at Valencia, has been linked with a move to Liverpool in the Premier League. The 19-year-old right winger has established himself in Valencia’s first-team squad this season after being promoted from Valencia B in July.
Otorbi has made nine LaLiga appearances in the 2026-27 campaign, scoring once. He has started 30% of Valencia’s league matches and played 38% of the available minutes, with his goal involvement recorded at 14%.
Born in Valencia, Otorbi developed through the club’s youth system before moving into the senior set-up. He is right-footed and has a current market value of €3.5m.
The reported Liverpool interest comes with Otorbi still under contract at Valencia until 30 June 2028. The existing agreement means he is not approaching the end of his deal, while his limited first-team experience leaves the transfer link at an early stage.
A move would take Otorbi from LaLiga to the Premier League, but there is no indication that an agreement has been reached between the clubs. For now, he remains a Valencia player and part of their first-team group.
