Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho has been ranked as the most valuable player in the Turkish Trendyol 1 Lig, according to BSNSports.com.ng.
The Bursaspor striker is valued at €2.80 million, placing him ahead of team-mates Lincoln Henrique and Juergen Elitim in the latest list.
Iheanacho has featured in every match for the Green Crocodiles and has scored 13 goals in 8 matches. Despite his position at the top of the standings, his market value has fallen by €200,000.
The forward returned from Russia after Nigeria’s international warm-up game on Tuesday and joined Bursaspor training on Thursday.
Nigeria opened the scoring in the match through Iheanacho in the 10th minute. Lechi Sadulaev then equalised before Matvey Kislyak and Aleksey Miranchuk added further goals for Russia.
Peter Edokpolor reduced the deficit in the 78th minute, while Akor Adams completed the recovery by scoring in the fourth minute of stoppage time to make it 3-3 in Nizhny Novgorod.
