Coventry City manager Frank Lampard has commented on the independent commission’s decision to find Manchester City guilty of financial offences.
Manchester City have appealed against the verdict.
Lampard, a former Manchester City midfielder, also voiced his support for the club’s current manager, Enzo Maresca.
The 47-year-old played for Manchester City during the 2015-16 season, making 38 appearances and scoring eight goals. He did not win a trophy during his time at the club.
