Raskin has been with Rangers since January 2023 and remains under contract with the Scottish club until the end of May 2028. His current estimated transfer value is €17m.

The reported interest means Rangers could face competition from four Premier League clubs for the Belgian midfielder, although there has been no indication that any of the teams has made a formal offer or that negotiations are under way.

Raskin’s contract situation gives Rangers a degree of control over his future. With his agreement not due to expire until 2028, any club wishing to sign him would be expected to negotiate with Rangers over a transfer fee. That fee is currently estimated at €17m.

The midfielder was also the subject of interest from Turkish club Besiktas last summer. However, a move to the Istanbul side did not materialise, leaving Raskin at Rangers.

His continued presence at the Scottish club now comes as four Premier League teams are reportedly monitoring his situation. Crystal Palace, Tottenham, Leeds and Nottingham Forest are all named as interested parties in Konur’s report.

Raskin has been identified as a Belgium midfielder and is 25 years old. Rangers hold his registration, while the player’s long-term contract means the club is not under immediate pressure to make a decision on a transfer.

Any potential move would therefore depend on whether one of the interested Premier League clubs is prepared to meet Rangers’ valuation and agree terms with the Scottish side. The reported €17m estimate provides a current indication of the player’s market value, but no completed transfer has been announced.

For now, Raskin remains a Rangers player. His contract runs through to May 2028, while the interest from England follows the unsuccessful attempt by Besiktas to sign him last summer.
