Emenike met the club’s management and staff and said he was delighted to be back among the Yellow-Navy Blues.
“I feel great. Being here brings me immense joy. This warm welcome excites me. I'm so happy and thoroughly thrilled to see everyone again. I'm delighted that the bond between our fans and me is still going strong,” he said.
The Nigeria international also spoke about his lasting relationship with Fenerbahce supporters and the importance of maintaining regular contact with them.
“We're one big family in this club. That's why it's so important for me to keep talking and chatting with them constantly,” Emenike added.
“Even during matches, they always ask me questions. I maintain my connection by speaking with them often. I'm overjoyed that our dialogue continues in this way.”
Emenike had two spells with Fenerbahce, winning the Super Lig in 2013–14 and the Turkish Super Cup. He scored 19 goals during his time with the club.
