Former Manchester City footballer Andrei Kanchelskis has spoken about the potential punishment facing the club after it was found guilty of all charges relating to serious breaches of Premier League financial rules.
The alleged breaches covered the period from 2009 to 2018. Manchester City can appeal the decision of the independent commission, with the deadline for doing so set for 2 October.
