RB Leipzig head coach Martin Demichelis says Franco Mastantuono has everything required to succeed at Real Madrid, but believes the young Argentina international needs time to adapt.
Speaking before RB Leipzig’s Champions League match against Real Madrid, Demichelis backed the midfielder, whom he handed his debut for River Plate at the age of 16.
“Franco needs time,” Demichelis said, while expressing confidence that Mastantuono can overcome the challenges of his first season in Spain and establish himself in Madrid.
Mastantuono is spending the current season on loan at Italian club Fiorentina. He has scored 3 goals in 7 Serie A appearances.
