Chelsea have conceded 43 Premier League goals in 2026, more than any other side in the division, after suffering a 3-0 defeat by Brentford in the fifth round of fixtures.
All three goals were scored in the second half and went past Emiliano Martinez. The latest loss leaves Chelsea with the unwanted distinction of having allowed more goals in the calendar year than every other Premier League club.
According to Squawka, Crystal Palace have the second-highest total, with 42 goals conceded in 2026. Newcastle and Tottenham follow on 39 each.
Chelsea finished 10th in the Premier League last season and currently sit seventh in the table with seven points.
Their next match will come after the international break on 10 October, when they face Bournemouth.
