Bruno Fernandes is leaning towards signing a new contract with Manchester United despite interest from clubs abroad, according to TheHardTackle.
The 32-year-old Portugal midfielder’s current agreement runs until the summer of 2027, with Manchester United holding an option to extend it by a further year.
Manchester United regard Fernandes as one of their leaders and are keen to secure a long-term extension with the player.
Galatasaray, Milan and Juventus showed interest in Fernandes during the summer. Milan and Juventus are expected to continue monitoring the situation because Fernandes could become a free agent if he does not agree a new contract.
