Nigeria midfielder Wilfred Ndidi is the subject of reported interest from Saudi Pro League club Al-Ittihad, with the 29-year-old currently at Besiktas.
Ndidi joined the Turkish side from Leicester City in August 2025 for a reported €8m and remains under contract until 30 June 2028. A move to Al-Ittihad would take him from the Turkish Super Lig to the Saudi Pro League, although there is no indication that an agreement has been reached.
The defensive midfielder has made three Super Lig appearances this season, playing 110 minutes, and has featured twice in Europa League qualifying, where he provided one assist. He has not scored in either competition.
Ndidi spent eight seasons with Leicester after moving to the club from Belgian side Genk in January 2017. During his time in England, he won the FA Cup in 2021 and the Championship in 2023-24.
The Lagos-born midfielder, who holds Nigerian and English nationality, has a current market value of €8m. His existing Besiktas contract means any transfer would require the Turkish club to agree terms with Al-Ittihad rather than allowing Ndidi to leave as a free agent.
