Super Falcons midfielder, Jennifer Echegini on her move to French giant Paris Saint-German Feminines, claimed she it is a tough task but “ready for the challenge,” Nigeriasoccenet.com reports.
Echegini joined PSG from Juventus on a three year deal.
The 23-year-old scored 10 goals and made one assist in 16 appearances for Juventus last season.
Moving to the French D1 Arkema side means a new challenge for Echegini, something the attacking midfielder isn’t shy to acknowledged despited her excitement on the move.
“I’m very excited, kind of nervous. Obviously a really good team, I don’t really know what to expect but I’m gonna expect just a challenge and I’m ready for the challenge.” Echegini said on the Super Falcons platform.
Echegini is currently on international duty with Nigeria.
The Super Falcons set up camp in Sevilla, Spain last week ahead of the 2024 Olympic Games to be hosted in Paris, France.
