Nigeria Premier Football League newcomers Ikorodu City have strengthened their squad with the acquisition of defender Adewale Adebayo, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Adebayo joins the club on a two-year deal from Platinum Stars Sporting Club, bolstering Ikorodu City's defensive options going into the league season.
The right-back previously played for Benin-based Avrankou Omnisports FC before making the move to Ikorodu City. The club announced Adebayo's signing on social media, welcoming him to the team.
Adebayo's addition is a significant boost for Ikorodu City as they prepare for their debut season in the NPFL.
