The FC guys say VAR is what needs to be fixed, not the offside law.
ESPN FC's Peter Walton offers up his fix to the offside controversies plaguing the Premier League.
Football's rule-making body IFAB has announced plans to review the offside law and trial additional substitutions for concussion cases.
IFAB, the International Football Association Board, who announced plans to review offside in order to "foster the spirit of attacking play" also approved clarifications to the existing laws to "differentiate more clearly" between the arm and shoulder.
Consultations will take place over the next 12 months on the law with proposals expected at the end of that process.
The organisation also said it will try out concussion substitutes with FIFA saying it is ready to introduce trials at this year's Olympic Games starting in July.
On Friday, FIFA president Gianni Infantino said he was open to changes to the offside law to help address problems that have arisen since the introduction of VAR video reviews.
