The Nigerian scored a last gasp goal at 90 and six minutes additional time to hand his side the maximum points away from home.
Olawoyin scored after Benhur Keser's shot was denied by Bodrumspor goalkeeper Diogo Sousa but fortunately fell to the path of the Nigerian who headed home the winner.
The former Rangers man had assisted Benhur Keser's header in the 85th minute after Celal Dumanli had given the host the lead in the 59th minute.
He now has six goals and eight assists this season as his side are now fifth on the league standings, two points better than their opponents.
