Nigeria's Henry Onyekuru was instrumental for Al Fayha as he propelled them to a win in the Saudi Pro League on Thursday night, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Onyekuru scored twice, including one from the spot, as Al Fayha earned a narrow away league win against Al Shabab at the Al Shabab FC Stadium.

After a goalless affair in the first half, the visitors were awarded a penalty in the 50th minute which was put at the back of the net by Onyekuru.

The Nigerian doubled the lead 24 minutes later as it seemed the Panthers were cruising to a comfortable win.

However, the hosts staged a comeback through Al Abdoraoof Al-Deqeel's own goal on 86th minute before Habib Diallo's 89th strike brought the game to equilibrium at 2-2.

Saud Bin Zaydan struck late to give Al-Fayha the winner after 8 minutes of additional time. A win that takes them to 9th on the log with 31 points after 23 matches.

Meanwhile, Onyekuru who was substituted in the 79th minute has now scored 9 Goals and 3 Assists in 23 appearances in Saudi Arabia.
