Hearts of Oak will depart from Accra for their CAF Confederation Cup match against Djoliba on Wednesday.
The Phobians will be traveling to Bamako, Mali for the first leg of their ultimate preliminary qualifier to be played on Friday.
Hearts are now the only surviving Ghanaian club in African club competition this season following the early elimination of Asnte Kotoko from the CAF Champions League.
The Phobians who won the maiden edition of the Confederation Cup back in 2004 hope to progress to at least the group stage of the competition.
