Hearts of Oak: Phobians to recall duo Fiamenyo and Kumi from Local Black Stars camp
Hearts of Oak are keen to secure Fiamenyo and Kumi

Accra Hearts of Oak head coach Herbert Addo is poised to push his management to secure the release of influential duo Gilbert Fiamenyo and Eric Kumi from the Local Black Stars camp as they step up preparations for CAF Confederation Cup clash with Esperance du Tunis.

The Phobians have grouped in Akuse, camping ahead of their trip to Tunisia next week for the first-leg of the CAF Confederation clash with Esperance.

But they are without influential pair of Fiamenyo and Kumi who are training with Maxwell Konadu's Local Black Stars side who are preparing for the COSAFA Invitation Tournament in South Africa.

Hearts head coach Addo wants to have all his arsenals ready and sharpen them for the tie but is training without the pair who are sure not to take part of the COSAFA tournament.

Addo has asked for the players to be released to join his team ahead of the game.

Hearts will play against Esperance on the day Ghana open their competition in COSAFA tournament, making it impossible for Fiamenyo and Kumi to be included in the Ghana squad for the game.
