Head Coach of Accra Hearts of Oak Herbert Addo says he is preparing his team for the game against table toppers AshGold and would only think about Djoliba after the game.
The Phobians have seen their request to postponed the game against AshGold to allow them prepare adequately rebuffed by the Ghana Football Assocaition.
Hearts are yet to win an away game since that 1-0 win over sworn rivals Asante Kotoko in Kumasi, a game which proved to be the final straw that broke the camel’s back to Mas-Ud Dramani’s era as head coach of Asante Kotoko.
The 2000 continental champions will come up against the pace setters in the league this season, AshGold on Wednesday in a game that should influence the Phobians standing in the league log.
“We have had little time to prepare but that is not what we are thinking about now,” Herbert Addo told GHANAsoccernet.com
“We know that game will not be easy but we are also aware that we have to pick up three points on the road.
“We will begin preparations for the Djoliba game once the game with AshGold is over.’
Hearts go into the game which marks the end of the first round sitting at 10 position with 19 points from 14 games whiles AshGold are on top of the league table with 28 points having played the same number of games.
