Hearts board member Atuahene lashes out at Issah Mumuni, declares youngster is 'finished' over leaked tape

The future of Hearts youngster Issah Mumuni has been thrown apart after board member Barimah Atuahene declared he’s ‘finished’.

The club was forced to deny widespread media reports that the youngster had been suspended indefinitely pending the final investigation into the matter.

A voice purported to be that of the 18-year-old, was heard mocking the downward spiral of the club while bemoaning their unpaid salaries and questioning the competence of head coach Herbert Addo.

Barimah Atuahene, who is serving on the board in his capacity as the club’s supporters chief’,  has lashed out at the former Dreams FC talented midfielder and warns his career will go nowhere.

“He (in reference to Issah Mumuni) will go nowhere with his career. You think you can destroy Hearts of Oak and be free? It won’t happen,” he angrily charged

“You want to become a great footballer and you have such a mentality? To run the club down and expects we should be happy about it?

“Let me send a strong warning to the players who are bent on running this club down that they will go nowhere with their careers. They should mark my words.”

Hearts have since launched an investigation into the matter which could cripple the club.
