Napoli tactician, Luciano Spalletti only has good words for Nigeria international Victor Osimhen after his man is the match performance in the second leg of the Round of 16 tie against Eintracht Frankfurt in the UEFA Champions League, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Osimhen scored twice in the 3-0 win at the Diego Armando Maradona stadium taking his tally to four in the competition.
Spalletti’s side won the Round of 16 contest 5-0 on aggregate.
“He is an excellent striker who can be a bit of a soloist and makes these sudden surges, but he also has to combine with the rest of the team. He is starting to do that now and we are very happy,” Spalletti told Sky Italia after the game.
Osimhen has now scored 23 goals in 28 appearances across all competitions for Napoli.
