Ghana defender Harrison Afful has told AfricanFootball.com he wants a fresh challenge after leaving Tunisian giants Esperance.
The versatile player ended his six-year stay at the Tunis-based side after the expiration of his contract on 30 June.
Afful rejected a contract extension and now available on the transfer market as a free agent.
The 26-year-old could open talks with UAE side Al Wahda who nearly signed him in February.
“I want a fresh challenge because I have served my best and given Esperance my best in the last six years,” Afful exclusively told AfricanFootball.com
“I have a lot of offers from clubs but I will only join a club which will meet my terms. I’m not in a rush
Afful had a glittering career with Esperance where he won four league titles; 1 CAF Champions League title and 1 Cup match.
