This month is often meant for player transfer news but it looks like radio sports stations are taking over with presenter acquisitions.
Accra-based Happy FM, arguably the best sports station in the country, has signed on Thomas Boakye and Kofi Appiah to augment their team following the departure of Benedict Mensah Moshosho to Asempa FM.
Boakye, previously of Hot FM, was spokesperson for the World Cup Commission of Inquiry.
Appiah, who is an ardent critic of the Ghana FA, has had stints with Channel R, Asempa FM, Metro FM and Hot FM.
The two are expected to hit the airwaves by Monday, 12 January, 2015.
