The first-round preliminary second leg was originally scheduled for 11 September but has been rearranged for 16:00 GMT after a lengthy delay surrounding the fixture.
The sides drew 2-2 in a thrilling first leg in Nouakchott, leaving the tie finely balanced. Hafia FC will look to make home advantage count as they attempt to secure qualification, while AS Douanes must produce a strong performance in Conakry to keep their continental campaign alive.
The winners of the two-legged contest will face Algeria’s CR Belouizdad in the competition’s second preliminary round. With the aggregate score level, 90 minutes will determine which team advances to the next stage.
