Dutch-born Ghanaian winger Edwin Gyasi underlined his importance for Roda JC by scoring the match-winner for them in their 2-1 narrow win over VVV Venlo on Friday night.
The former FC Twente and Heracles Almelo star who started the game along his junior brother Raymond Gyasi netted the winner in the 69th minute from an acute angle strike.
Edwin, 23, has now taken his tally to three goals for Roda since joining them in the winter break from Heralces.
After scoring on his second game against giants PSV Eindhoven, the former AZ Alkmaar youth team player has grew from strength in front of goals, netting three in his last six games.
