Ghanaian striker John Antwi scored his first goal for his Saudi side Al Shabab in their 2-2 draw with Al Fateh on Thursday.
The Janaury signing was making his second start for the Riyadh-based side who are currently fifth in the 14-team table.
Antwi was picked out by Rafinha’s long ball into the box and the 22-year-old did well to sneak in behind the two Al Fateh defenders to connect home for a 2-1 lead on 61 minutes.
But his goal was cancelled six minutes later when goalkeeper Waleed Abdullah scored an own goal to give Fateh a share of the spoils
Antwi moved to Saudi Arabia from Egyptian side Ismaily where he scored 13 goals.
