Ghana youth goalkeeper Lawrence Ati-Zigi enjoyed a poor start to his season in the Austria second-tier league as he conceded four goals in his opening game of the season.

The 18-year-old glovesman lasted the entire duration of the game for Liefering as they suffered a 4-0 mauling at Austria Klagenfurt in the league opener.

After drawing interest from Ghanaians with his impressive reflexes and agile stops at the 2015 FIFA U20 World Cup, the former Sogakope Red Bulls Academy boy returned to his club but did not start on a good note as he picked four goals from his net.

While he was in action in between the sticks, his Ghanaian compatriot Ralph Dwamena came off the bench in the second-half to play for Liefering.

Liefering is a feeder club to Austrian Bundesliga side Red Bulls Salzburg.
