Ghana U20 goalkeeper Seidu Mutawakilu says he has picked up some lessons from their disappointing world cup campaign in New Zealand.

The agile goalkeeper lost his position in the starting line up to Ati-Zigi who despite Ghana’s disappoint world cup campaign stood out.

Mutawakilu who was first choice for the Africa Youth Championship says he will grow with the lessons learnt from the campaign.

“Yes it’s true we would have loved to make the nation proud but we did our best but God knows better,” Mutakilu told GHANAsoccernet.com

“In every situation there are lessons to be learnt and this world cup has helped me gro.

‘’We will look to put it behind us and continue developinging.”
