Ghana midfielder Prince Buaben will return to the Hearts squad for friendlies against Preston North End and Everton over the next two weekends.
The 27-year-old missed the side’s 1-1 draw against Cowdenbeath in a pre-season friendly on Thursday with manager Robie Nielson experimenting with a host of teenage players.
However, the Ghanaian returns to the squad for their next two games after recovering from a knee injury during the closing stages of last season.
Buaben played an influential role for the side as they won the Scottish Championship and earned automatic qualification to the top-flight this season.
