Ghana FA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi has revealed the innovative Elite Cup competition is set to have a sponsor.
The competition was organized to keep teams busy over the delayed start of the 2014/15 Ghana football season due to litigation.
The competition has however been without a sponsor since its inception.
But GFA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi revealed his outfit will be unveiling a sponsor in a fortnight.
“I can confirm to you that we will be announcing a sponsor for the Elite Cup in two weeks,” he told Hot FM.
The Elite Cup is a competition involving teams from the first, second and third tier leagues.
