Samuel Inkoom is not impressed with the current Kotoko team

Ghana defender Samuel Inkoom has slammed players of Asante Kotoko – saying the current crop are not showing enough commitment to the club.

Inkoom was part of a talented generation of Kotoko players in the 2008/09 season.

It was based on the impressive exploits of the full-back that he earned a big money move to Swiss club FC Basel.

The newly signed Boavista player was highly unimpressed with the performance of the Porcupine Warriors after seeing their 3-1 defeat to Liberty Professionals last weekend.

"I watched Kotoko's game against Liberty and I must confess it was a really terrible performance,” he told Happy FM.

“They lacked commitment and there was no urgency in their play.

“Kotoko is a huge club and when you give your all to the club, you will certainly be rewarded so I will only encourage them to fight for the club and we will also do our bit to support them.”
