There is massive anxiety in the Black Stars camp as Ghana coach Avram Grant announces his final 23-man squad today at the team’s camping base in Seville, Spain.
The former Chelsea manager must omit three players from his provisional 26-man squad and that looks like an easy job for the Israeli.
Currently, 25 players have been training in Spain following the inability of Leicester City winger Jeffrey Schlupp to link up with the team.
He underwent a scan on a knee injury he sustained during New Year’s Day.
If he is ruled out, then Grant must axe only two players to arrive at his final squad.
