Kevin Prince Boateng has signalled his interest in joining Galatasaray after re-tweeting Wesley Sneijder’s tweet.

The Ghana international re-tweeted Wesley Sneijder’s tweet showcasing the trophies Galatasaray won this season.

Galatasaray are preparing a €1.5 million per-season-deal for the former AC Milan forward according to Fanatik.

Boateng has a year remaining on his contract with Schalke 04 who have placed the 28-year-old on the transfer list. The Bundesliga side are rumoured to be looking for a fee in the region of €5 million.

The former AC Milan star was given a indefinite suspension by the Gelsenkirchen club in the wake of a defeat to Cologne earlier this month.

Galatasaray could however, face competition from Premier League side Tottenham.

MLS side New York Red Bulls are also reported to be in the race for the Ghana international according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
