Ghana defender John Pantsil has returned to Maritzburg United to begin pre-season after sorting out his paperwork.
The 34-year-old had delayed his arrival in South Africa following issues with his work permit.
But the experienced Ghana international has re-joined the Team of Choice for pre-season after ending his holiday in his native country.
The former Fulham right-back has signed a one-year contract extension at the club after impressing heavily last season where he featured 27 times in the South African top-flight.
United will open their 2015/16 Absa Premiership campaign against returnees Jomo Cosmos at home on August 10.
