Belgian Pro League leaders, KRC Genk have insisted that they will not sell in-form Nigerian striker Tolu Arokodare during the January transfer window, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Arokodare has been in impressive form this season, scoring 13 goals and providing five assists for Genk.
His performances are likely to attract interest from top European clubs, but Genk chairman Peter Croonen has made it clear that the 24-year-old will not be leaving the club anytime soon.
"It is absolutely the intention to keep him. And that will happen," Croonen told DAZN.
Genk's decision to keep Arokodare is a significant boost to their title ambitions, and the Nigerian striker will be key to their chances of winning the Belgian Pro League.
