Ademola Lookman's pivotal role in Atalanta's triumph over Monza has earned him praise from manager Gian Piero Gasperini, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The 26-year-old winger provided two assists in La Dea's 2-1 away victory, including a corner kick that led to Charles De Ketelaere's goal just before halftime.
Gasperini commended Lookman, along with his teammates, for their exceptional performance, stating, "El Bilal did well, Charles did well, Lookman did well, who had a truly excellent match."
Lookman's who has had a rough path since his return from the Africa Cup of Nations in February extends his tally to eight goals and six assists in 26 league appearances for Atalanta this season.
