Anderlecht winger Frank Acheampong has thrown doubt over his availability for Ghana's Olympic squad for their qualifiers against Congo next week.
The Black Meteors must cross the hurdle against Congo and head coach Malik Jabir is working to secure experienced players on board for the game.
Winger Acheampong has revealed the former Bechem United head coach has contacted him about joining his squad but is not sure whether Anderlect will release him for the game.
"The coach called me two weeks ago but I am not sure (my club will release me for the game)," he told Daily Soccer Ghana.
Acheampong was a member of the Ghana squad that won silver at the 2015 AFCON and also won bronze with the Ghana U20 squad in the 2013 FIFA U20 World Cup in Turkey.
