Francesco Graziani, former AS Roma forward and World Cup winner with the Italy in 1982, has joined the list of ex-footballers heaping praises on Victor Osimhen, Nigeriasoccernet.com gathered.
Having scored nine goals from 11 serie A matches for the Luciano Spalletti led SS Napoli so far, Francesco Graziani said Osimhen remain the best forward in the whole of Italian Calcio this season.
“He is the top scorer in Serie A, he scores goals in every game, Graziani, who won the 1982 World Cup with Italy told TuttoNapoli.
“Maybe it won’t be beautiful to see but he’s effective. The highest performance in the entire league and it’s the one that affects the most, so for me, he’s my player in Serie A at the moment.”
Osimhen was on target in Napoli’s final winter pre season match against Villarreal last Saturday.
