Focusport FC overturned a two-goal deficit to beat Rail Club du Kadiogo (RCK) 3-2 in a dramatic Fasofoot Ligue 1 encounter on matchday seven.

The RCK made the stronger start, with Kinda Josias opening the scoring in the 26th minute. Alexis Leama then doubled the Faucons’ advantage, leaving Focusport FC facing a difficult comeback.

The Aigles responded before half-time when Habiboulaye Sana reduced the deficit in the 37th minute. His goal kept Focusport within reach as the visitors looked to recover from a disappointing opening period.

The balance of the match shifted again in the 66th minute, when a RCK player was sent off after receiving a second yellow card. Focusport FC were able to use their numerical advantage to apply sustained pressure.

That pressure finally produced an equaliser in the 87th minute, with Sana completing his brace to bring the score level at 2-2.

Focusport then completed the turnaround in the fourth minute of added time. Salif Sangare struck in the 94th minute to secure a 3-2 victory and complete one of the most notable comebacks of the seventh round of the Burkinabe championship.
