The nine-time African champions played three friendlies, beating Algeria twice (2-0 and 4-1) and losing 2-1 to France.
Nigeria maintained Africa's top spot, ahead of South Africa's Banyana Banyana.
Morocco, Zambia and Ghana complete the continent's top five.
