Paris Saint-Germain winger Ferran Torres has been named Ligue 1’s best player for September, the league’s press service has announced.
The Spain international won the award ahead of Monaco forward Paris Brunner and Paris striker Lassine Sinayoko.
Torres, 26, has made five appearances for Paris Saint-Germain in Ligue 1 this season and scored four goals in the French top flight.
Paris Saint-Germain will return to action on Saturday, 10 October, when they face Le Mans. The Paris club are sixth in the Ligue 1 table after five rounds, having collected eight points.
They are five points behind leaders Monaco, who have 13 points.
