Turkish giants Fenerbahce will be open to let go Bright Osayi-Samuel, but it will come at a little cost.
Fenerbahce are willing to let him go for $4.3 million should they receive an official bid for the exciting winger, who joined in January.
Osayi-Samuel has previously featured for Blackpool and Queens Park Rangers both in England before moving to Fenerbahce.
Fulham are reportedly interested in signing the 23-year-old winger.
