FC Lorient praises Super Eagles Striker for goal against the Desert Foxes

Nigeria International striker Terem Moffi was lauded by his French Ligue 1 side, FC Lorient, for his goal against the Desert Foxes of Algeria in an International friendly on Tuesday, 27 September, in Oran.

FC Lorient striker Terem Moffi opened the scoring for the Super Eagles after reacting quickest to a rebound but Manchester City winger, Riyad Mahrez, drew Algeria level from the penalty spot few minutes before halftime.

A superb strike from Youcef Atal ensured the dominance of the North Africa Giant over Nigeria continues.

Lorient FC posted an appreciation tweet for their Super Eagles striker.

“Terem Moffi distinguished himself with the Super Eagles. The opening of the score in the video,” the Tweet reads.

Terem Moffi is in a great goal scoring form as he has scored six goals in eight French Ligue 1 games for Lorient this season.

He has also been superb internationally as the 23 year old has hit the back of the net three times in eight outings with the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
