Fatai Abdullahi has transferred to Rwandan side, Etoile De L'est FC following the termination of contract with Nigeria Premier Football League club, Rivers United, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
According to report, the midfielder signed a short time deal with the team with the Ngoma District based club.
Abdullahi has already played a game as he started the match in Saturday's against Musanze FC in the Rwanda Premier League match day 17 fixture which ended goalless.
The former Abia Warriors and Enyimba International player joins Etoile de I'est assistant coach Ernest Anayockukwu from Nigeria who renewed his contract with the club recently.
