Falconets Star Okwuchukwu dreams of meeting Ronaldo

Chiamaka Okwuchukwu, a promising forward for Nigeria's U-20 women’s national team, the Falconets, has revealed her admiration for football icon Cristiano Ronaldo and expressed hopes of meeting him one day, Nigeriasoccernet.com writes.

In a recent interview with FIFA.com, the talented 16-year-old striker opened up about her football inspirations. “For me, I admire Cristiano Ronaldo so much, so of course, it’s a dream to play for Manchester United,” Okwuchukwu shared. “It’s one of my biggest dreams to meet [Ronaldo] one day… even just to have a good handshake.”

Okwuchukwu has been a standout performer for the Falconets at the ongoing World Cup, showcasing her goal-scoring prowess. She has already netted two goals and provided one assist in just three appearances for the Nigerian team.
