Former Ballon d’Or winner Fabio Cannavaro says Lazio have been the biggest surprise of the new Serie A season.
Cannavaro has been impressed by the performances of the Rome-based club, now managed by Gennaro Gattuso.
Lazio last won the Italian championship in 2000. They face Monza on Sunday.
