Fabian Ruiz has maintained an unbeaten record throughout his Spain career, having avoided defeat in all 51 matches since making his international debut in June 2019.
The Paris Saint-Germain midfielder extended that run in Spain’s 3-2 Nations League victory over England at Wembley on Saturday. Ruiz started the match and played until the 70th minute as the “red fury” secured another win.
Spain have won 35 of the 51 games in which Ruiz has featured, while the other 16 ended in draws. During those matches, the midfielder has scored seven goals and provided 11 assists.
Ruiz has represented Spain for more than seven years and has also helped the national team win both the World Cup and the European Championship.
